Privacy Policy

Who we are

Benidorm365 is an independent travel guide and affiliate website. For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, email hello@benidorm365.co.uk.

Contact by email

When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond and handle your enquiry. Our legitimate interest is providing helpful replies and managing correspondence. Please do not send payment details, passport details or other sensitive information. The website currently has no contact form or newsletter signup.

Website hosting and security

IONOS provides website hosting and email services. Technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requests to the server, may be recorded to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate faults. These records may contain personal information. Our legitimate interests are operating and protecting the website.

Cookies and your choices

The essential WPConsent cookie remembers your cookie choices for 30 days. Optional Statistics cookies are used only after you accept that category. You can refuse optional cookies and change your choices using the cookie settings button. Withdrawing consent stops future use; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. See our Cookie Policy for the cookie names, purposes and durations.

Google Analytics

When enabled and you accept Statistics cookies, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, device information and engagement. We rely on your consent for this optional analytics processing. The _ga and _ga_WNMDXRC498 cookies have a default duration of two years; browser restrictions can shorten this. Google receives the analytics information. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for details about its processing and international transfers. Google Analytics is enabled on this website and loads only after you accept Statistics cookies. You can change your choice using the cookie settings button.

Affiliate links and bookings

Some links lead to booking providers through affiliate services, including Stay22 and Travelpayouts. If you follow a link and book, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The destination website may receive referral information and use its own cookies or tracking. Your booking and payment details are handled by that provider, not by Benidorm365. Check the provider’s privacy policy and cookie choices before booking.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. Hosting, email and analytics providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law. Some providers process information outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain their locations and applicable safeguards; contact us if you need more information about a provider used by this website.

How long information is kept

We retain email correspondence for as long as needed to answer and resolve the enquiry, and longer only where necessary for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation. We review correspondence and delete information no longer needed. Cookie expiry periods are listed in our Cookie Policy. Server log and backup retention depend on the hosting service; cookie expiry is separate from retention of analytics records.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may have a right to data portability. You can withdraw analytics consent through cookie settings. Email hello@benidorm365.co.uk to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Security and updates

We use reasonable security measures and limit access to personal information. This policy will be updated when our services or processing change. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
